Whilst researching turning videos into stills, I came across Katrin Korfmann who uses multipul stills to create almost monochromatic compositions. From a distance these appear as large patterned abstracts but closer up each still becomes more evident as something on its own.

Her videos/stills are slices of reality, she is concerned with people, everydaylife and the functioning senses.
Her collections of stills hold a great aesthetic and i'm interested in the idea that they hold a moment of time, a deeper look into peoples movement both aware and unaware - something i am really trying to find within my clips.
