Barbican - radio - sound - shadows - moving image

Thinking about these things - sound and moving image reverted my memory back to the day at the Barbican during the first term when after photographing shapes found within the architecture of the place, we went inside to find this great interactive piece of work.

Although i'm not entirely sure how the mechanics of it worked. Im pretty sure it was using different radio signals which played when your body was used as an arial to that specific radio wave.
It was a great piece of engineering, but worked as an interactive piece, where you were involved in created the sounds, in charge of decided which stations were on and off and also were able to create images on the wall using shadows and light.
